- EARTHWORK
- Earthwork excavation for the foundation of buildings, water supply, sanitary lines in hard soil, including dressing the bottom and sides of trenches, stacking excavated earth, and disposing of excess soil as per directions.
- PCC CONCRETE WORK
- Providing and laying 4” thick Plain cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1 part of cement mixed with 4 part of river sand and 8 part of 40mm and downsize jelly for foundation and flooring wherever necessary.
- FOUNDATION WORK
- Providing and constructing size stone masonry in Cement Mortar 1:6, Stones hammer dressed for foundation and Basement work.
- FOOTINGS AND PEDESTALS
- Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of 1:2:3 (1 part of cement, 2 part of river sand and 3 part of 20mm and downsize jelly including centering and shuttering.
- COLUMNS, BEAMS AND STEEL REINFORCEMENT
- Columns and Beams size as per design with Cement concrete 1:2:3 and using of FE 500 TMT steel bars of various diameters as per design.
- WALLS AND SUPERSTRUCTURE
- Providing and constructing walls with clay burnt bricks(local made ) approved quality in Cement Mortar 1:6
- RCC ROOF SLAB
- Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:3 (1 part of Cement, 2 part of river sand, and 3 part of 20mm and downsize jelly ) 5” thick including centering and shuttering.
- PLASTERING WORK
- Providing plastering in Cement Mortar 1:4 to ceilings, roof beams, and columns, etc., 12mm thick with necessary scaffolding, smooth finishing with or without lime rendering, curing, etc., complete.
- Providing plastering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 for internal walls with necessary scaffolding, smooth finishing with or without lime rendering, curing, etc., complete. (Provide plastering mesh at the wall, column, and beam junctions.)
- Providing plastering 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 for external walls, chejjas, etc., with necessary scaffolding, sponge finishing including curing, etc., complete. (Provide plastering mesh at the wall, column, and beam junctions.).
- KITCHEN WORK
- Providing and fixing 20mm or 30mm thick medium black polished granite slab platform with half rounded edge finishing and fixing of Stainless sink with necessary fittings and fixtures, etc., complete. (Sink basic rate up to ₹ 7500/-only)
- DOORS AND WINDOWS
- Providing and fixing Teak wood-paneled door for the Main door and (Pooja room door will be veneer teak wood ) as per the approved drawing specification and directions. The Teakwood frame (5” X3”) for the main door to be fixed in the wall with MS holdfasts packed in cement concrete and finishing with 3 coats of French wood polish as per specifications etc., complete. (The necessary fittings and fixtures such as hinges, door locks, handles, bolts, door stopper to be valued at ₹ 7500/-. (Carving charges extra)
- Providing and fixing 32mm thick flush doors or factory-made single leaf rigid door shutters with Sal wood frames (5” X3”) for internal rooms and toilet doors as per approved drawings and specifications, and finishing with 2 coats enamel painting on both sides, etc., complete(The necessary fittings and fixtures such as hinges, door locks, handles, bolts, door stopper to be valued at ₹ 2500/-)
- Providing and fixing glazed windows and Ventilators 32mm thick Honne wood paneled shutters with Neem /Sal wood frames (5” X3”) as per approved drawings and specifications and finishing with 2 coats enamel painting on both sides etc., complete including the cost of necessary fittings and fixtures such as hinges, door locks, handles, bolts, door stopper, etc., complete. (14mm dia hexagonal rods of 12nos emended into the frame )
- FLOORING WORK
- Providing and laying 10mm thick vitrified tiles of approved shade, for flooring laid on a bed of cement mortar 1:6 mix, flush pointing with white cement using color pigment including curing, etc., complete as per instructions. ( Basic rate ₹ 110/- per Sqft)
- Providing and laying ceramic tiles flooring for bathrooms of approved design and make in cement mortar 1:4 flush pointing with white cement using color pigment including curing etc., complete as per instructions. ( Basic rate ₹ 110/- per Sqft)
- Providing and laying glazed tiles to walls for bathrooms and kitchen of approved design and make in cement mortar 1:4 flush pointing with white cement using color pigment including curing etc., complete as per instructions. ( Basic rate ₹ 100/- per Sqft)
- WATER SUPPLY AND SANITARY WORKS (PLUMBING WORKS)
- Providing and fixing water supply lines of C PVC pipes of the approved make of 20mm and 25mm dia with necessary fittings and sanitary lines with Supreme/Astral/Ashirvad pipes with necessary fittings. Provision for Geysers in the bathrooms will be made in piping as per direction.(Extra for Electric water heater)
- Providing and fixing fixtures such as pillar cocks, stop cocks taps, wall mixtures, overhead showers, health faucets of Parry ware/ Jaguar/ Hind ware make (basic models). Ceramic fixtures such as washbasins, commodes of Parry ware/ Cera / Hind ware make (basic model- white color and fittings valued at ₹ 20000/- for each bathroom)
- Providing and fixing rainwater pipes of 75mm/100mm(4kg) dia of approved make with necessary clamps fittings as per directions.
- Providing fixing PVC Overhead tank 1 no (Sintex/Cauvery) of 2000 liters capacity, elevated at 7”0” height RCC. a platform above the floor level with all necessary fittings.
- WATERPROOF WORK
- Providing and laying integral cement-based waterproofing treatment for the terrace of RCC roof and finished with spreading cement slurry mixed with the waterproof compound of approved make (Fosroc/Roff/Dr. Fixit) and laying screed concrete of 1:2:3 using 12mm and downsize jelly with a mix of the waterproof compound as per manufacturer’s directions including curing etc., compete as per directions.
- ELECTRICAL WORK
- Providing and fixing conduit pipes of 20mm/25mm dia (National VIP), Electrical wiring of 1.0sqmm to 4.0qmm (V guard / Finolex) and modular switches (Cona, Roma / Lisa ) and all other points as per directions. (one fan and one tube light fitting per room/hall)
- PAINTING WORK
- Providing two coats of Tractor emulsion paint (Asian) for internal walls and ceilings with one coat of primer and two coats of putty, wall surface to give an even approved shade after thoroughly brushing the surface, free from mortar drops and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sandpaper smooth, etc., complete.
- Providing and finishing external walls with waterproof paint (Asian Ace) of approved color over one coat of primer after thoroughly brushing the surface, free from mortar drops and other foreign matter, etc., complete.
