Architectural design and drawings:

• The amount mentioned for the basic drawings set is for, one option per floor for size of 30×40. The amount varies with the size of the site and requirements.
• The advance amount needs to be paid by the client for confirmation.
• Architect planning will be based on the basic principles of Vastu, but it will be at the discretion of the client.
• The client can make changes in the floor plans at the schematic stage and not in the final phase. In case of such changes, delay in progress or execution will fall upon the onus of the client.
• If the client wishes to approach external architects or Vastu consultants the client may do so, but any drawings required from the in-house team will be chargeable. We shall not take-in the charges of the external architects or Vastu consultants.
• The architect and the company will not be responsible for any violation of the architectural drawings. We will not favor any violations of structure. The client will hold complete responsibility in case of violations in design and steel.

Materials, Payment in Construction, and execution:

• Material samples will be discussed before procuring. Material types may vary as per their availability at the time of construction.
• The standard and premium package of construction cost is an approximate estimate. The final cost might vary with respect to the super built-up area and final architectural drawings based on the client’s requirements.
• Advance amount: The advance amount needs to be paid to confirm the booking which will be used for architectural drawings, estimation, etc. The advance amount is not refundable. It costs 10 percent of the total cost of the project.
• Stage-wise payment: The payment needs to be made by the client stage-wise, after completion of the foundation, completion of every slab of the building.
• Complete final payment: We shall collect the final complete payment from the client as per the contract at the time of handover of the project.
• Additional charges: Electricity, borewell, water, and water tank charges will be charged additional and the client will be accountable for all related payments and also ensure supply of water and electricity at the site on time at the time of construction.
• Cladding, concealed beams, skylights, cantilevers, pergolas, and elevations will be charged extra as per the client’s requirements as these are not included in any of the packages.
• We are not liable when the client interacts directly with vendors/labor contractors on site for payments or contract details or other requirements. In such a case, the vendor or contractor will be terminated from the project immediately.
• We will not entertain third party vendors, consultants, or contractors for materials to be used for building or structural/design-related discussions as per our contract.

• Advance amount: The advance amount needs to be paid to confirm the booking which will be used for architectural drawings, estimation, etc. The advance amount is not refundable. It costs 10 percent of the total cost of the project.
• Complete final payment: We shall collect the final complete payment from the client as per the contract at the time of handover of the project.
